Direct Mail Service

Lone Tree Direct Mailing Service ships a single large tray to a recipient of your choice for an additional fee and processing time.  A list of addresses must be submitted electronically in Numbers or Excel format indicating which product you want shipped to each address.  Please anticipate an additional $2.25 for special labeling and shipping carton, plus the actual postage charges per item which may vary (please contact us for more information on current shipping prices).

USPS shipping charges and direct mail additional fees will be added to your product order and charged on the credit card provided.  Please allow additional lead time of 3 days for special handling plus the normal USPS Mail delivery time allotted per zone.  Lone Tree is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Incorrect Direct Mail Address Policy: Lone Tree will notify the sender that the purchased tray(s) have been returned and can reship to the corrected recipient address provided by the sender but will charge the sender for second attempt USPS delivery costs only.  Should a second delivery attempt fail, no additional delivery attempts will be made and the sender will be contacted by a Lone Tree representative.
